Gender Diversity Strategy
We have started work to implement our strategy to increase the participation of women in non-traditional roles. We know that we have a talented workforce and we want to continue to build on this. However we have low gender diversity in our trade, technical and engineering roles and we need to take active steps to ensure we are able to attract talented women and men to our business, create opportunities to grow, retain women, recognise flexible work is important for all employees and continue to ensure equal pay for equal work.
