Workplace Experience Coordinator


About the role
We are recruiting an experienced customer centric Workplace Experience Coordinator to join Ventia at our Cremorne – Head office in VIC. This is a varied position that will act as the central point of contact and facilitator for all things office maintenance and customer service.

This is an ideal position for those who are passionate about delivering high level customer service, happy to roll up their sleeves to get things done and possess exceptional organisation skills. 

We are offering:

  • Cremorne, VIC office offering, breakfast options and onsite gym!
  • Alternating roster: Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm & 9am-5pm
  • Permanent full time role

What you’ll do

  • Front of house duties, welcoming and assisting guests
  • Assist with facilitation of events within Ventia’s corporate office, including organising catering
  • Coordinate overall day-day-day use of office such assisting with AV set-up, meeting set up and pack down
  • Mail sorting and organisation
  • Maintain overall presentation of the office
  • Assist with logging facilities issues and accompanying contractors onsite

About you

  • Prior experience in similar role and prior hospitality experience will be highly regarded
  • Passion for delivering high level of customer service
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
