Join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor!
As a Cleaning Supervisor with Ventia's Defence team, you will oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning operations.
Your responsibilities will include supervising Level 1 Cleaners, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
This role offers a permanent contract and a Monday to Friday schedule from 6am to 2pm, providing a great work-life balance.

Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not essential, we value excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.
Location: Irwin Barracks (Karrakatta) & Campbell Barracks (Swanbourne)
This position requires the ability to work at both the Karrakatta and Swanbourne sites, and you must be able to travel between them.
Shift time: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00
Pay rate: $1,145.7 per week plus 11% Super
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with on-the-job training for the Level 1 Cleaners
Providing the manager with a weekly report on site operations, collecting timesheets and roster staff effectively, stock stake management, completion of KPIs
Your cleaning duties will encompass a range of tasks, such as scrubbing and buffing hard floors, detailed cleans of public areas, waste collection and disposal, and spot cleaning

To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance up to a level of negative vetting 1 (secret). Additionally, possession of a valid Australian driver's license and undergoing an Australian Federal Police check are required. If you are hired by Ventia, you will need to obtain and maintain DCAC clearance, which will be initiated by the DBS Security team.
