SHEQ Advisor


About the Opportunity:
Ventia has been awarded the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia. We are seeking a Full time SHEQ Advisor for Defence and Social Infrastructure – AGFMA. Reporting to the SHEQ manager, responsibilities are to deliver on all aspects Safety, Health, Environment and Quality across the contract located in Adelaide, South Australia.  

Responsibilities are but are not limited to

  • Undertake investigations in relation to safety related incidents or issues and provide recommendations through the contract leadership team. Engaging with Ventia SHEQ were appropriate \
  • Manage and maintain the WHS Plan and conduct regular WH&S safety audits of sub-contractors' systems, procedures and work methods
  • Inform and implement the Safety and Health Management Plans across the project 

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in WHS    
  • ICAM – Lead Investigator Training
  • Lead auditor qualification
