Mine Site Plumber
Ventia are currently seeking a Plumber in Middlemount that is responsible for providing plumbing, gas and drainage repairs & maintenance to Anglo American mine site assets, plant & equipment. You will be required to work across an 7 day on/7 day off DIDO roster with a salary of $113,835.83 plus super.
Responsibilities
- Plumbing, gas and drainage repairs & maintenance as required
- Change-outs, new installations and preventative maintenance as required
- Represent the company in a professional manner whilst performing quality
- Effectively communicate with customers where required and to support other trades
- Complete all related paperwork as necessary in a timely manner
- If required, to be utilised on “on call” roster or overtime to suit client requirements
- Compliance with all Ventia SHEQ policies and procedures
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the minimum requirements:
- Registered and licensed plumber
- Gas fitting licence – (desirable)
- Standard 11
- Solar and Heat Pump Endorsement
- Site Safe Passport or equivalent (Desirable)
- CPR – First Aid Training (Desirable)
- Drivers Licence & White Card
- Minimum 3 years post trade experience in Mining/Commercial/Industrial
- Previous experience working in a building maintenance position and programmed servicing
