First Nations Hospitality and Catering Attendants
Ventia are seeking First Nations Australians for multiple Hospitality and Catering positions based at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
You have the choice to be employed on a permanent full-time rate of $24.08 per hour or a temporary full-time or part-time rate at $30.10 per hour (inclusive of casual loading).
In line with our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) we focus on the following areas:
Relationships - we see that having strong, sustainable and respectful relationships with First Nations people and their communities is crucial to ‘closing the gap’ of disadvantage between First Nations and non-Non First Nations Australians;
Respect - we recognise and respect the local customs and practices of First Nations people and their communities and the importance of these practices in preserving and protecting their culture; and
Opportunities - we are committed to providing long-term, sustainable employment, training, education and business opportunities for First Nations peoples and their communities.
