As the Field Scoper, you will be the vital link between design and delivery – making sure our fibre network projects are built on solid ground. Your mission is to walk the site before the design kicks off, validate existing plans, and spot opportunities for smarter, more efficient upgrades. You will follow fibre paths, assess infrastructure, and provide clear, accurate feedback to our design team. Your work will shape how communities stay connected.

What’s on Offer

  • $32.05/hr plus tool of trade vehicle
  • Training and job security
  • Supportive team with potential career progression
  • Access to a variety of Health and Wellness initiatives - including the EAP, Ventia's Healthy Minds program and Healthy Bodies program
  • Employee benefits such as corporate travel discounts, Novated leases, private health discounts, credit discounts with retailers Australia wide including Woolworths, Coles, Booking.com and Expedia

What you will be doing

  • Partnering with project teams and crews to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes
  • Conducting on-site assessments to verify and improve design plans
  • Supporting and guiding teams to work productively and confidently
  • Keeping projects moving by capturing insights and updating project systems

What you will bring

  • Experience in field scoping, surveying, or similar (preferred, not essential)
  • A valid Construction White Card
  • A valid Driver’s Licence
  • An eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first mindset
