Situated on a quiet road, moments from Westfield Plenty Valley and public transport, the home is one of two in the area, just minutes’ from Estia Health Plenty Valley providing choice of aged care services to the local community.

About the role

Exciting opportunities for experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to join our Estia Health South Morang Home in Northern Melbourne, on a Part Time basis!

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

  • Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
  • Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
  • Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
  • Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments and providing medication under a registered nurse.
  • Be a friend to our residents.
  • Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
  • A certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
