About the role

You’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing. As second in command, you’ll:

  • Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family.
  • Train up the next generation of carers and nurses.
  • Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting.
  • Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be.
  • Help financially manage the home.

You’ll be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself. You’ll also have:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
  • Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration
  • At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
  • Experience in managing people and budgets
  • A background in aged care
