Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of cleaning services to meet KPIs and ensure financial viability
- Manage stakeholder relationships, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance
- Implement training, address issues, and contribute to team development
- Identify growth opportunities and support business development efforts
Key Experiences & Skills:
- Demonstrated contract management experience in cleaning environments
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adaptively
- Previous experience in maintaining cleaning standards and client relationships
