To support our City of Sydney portfolio, the opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor has become available. Leading 40 - 60 cleaners across various sites within the City CBD and surrounding suburbs, our Cleaning Supervisor will ensure quality delivery of cleaning services. This includes the supervision, training and performance management of cleaning staff as well as subcontractors.
About the role
-
Maintain accurate and up to date roster, allocate and direct the cleaners.

Check and approve timesheets via digital timesheet online.

Management of portfolio via Tririga work tasks/requests.
-
Management of Power Bi reports monthly.
-
Monitor working hours/times to ensure work is completed accurately and on time, and in accordance with Visa regulations
-
100% compliance at all times.
-
Coordinate leave coverage.
-
Ensure compliance with company procedures and contract performance standards.
-
Assist with on-the-job training and conduct Toolbox meetings.
-
Daily Building rounds, check in with site managers and build relationships.

Ensure cleaners follow the procedures and record all incidents & actions
About you
-
Flexible with start and finish times between 6am and 10pm.

Demonstrates an energetic approach to work and eagerness to learn.
-
Proven leadership experience in a similar role.

Extensive cleaning experience – 4 to 5 years minimum.

Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management as you will be working across multiple sites simultaneously.

Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills.

Holds an Australian driver's license - C Class.
