When I left university I was looking for three things in my future employer; awesome people/culture, development & capability building, and international opportunities. I love walking in the doors at work everyday because of our inclusive culture, I have learnt so much and been given great formal and on the job development opportunities and I recently made the exciting move from Sydney to London to continue my career with Diageo. There’s always something to look forward to!
