Individual development is encouraged at AstraZeneca with the onus for you to control and drive it while having the support available, and I’ve been fortunate enough to work with good team leaders and managers to help support me. I’ve personally had the opportunity to grow from my initial role as an Analytical Chemist to a Senior Chemist, a Projects Specialist role and now as a CI Specialist.
