This role is responsible for providing superior customer service and assistance of IP Voice delivery related enquiries from customers and account managers through the management of inbound call queue, various ticketing/order management systems and email drop boxes.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Essential for your success, you will possess;
Knowledge in all/some of the following products; Inbound, Multiline, PSTN, ISDN, ADSL, Mobile (GSM/3G) or Hosted Voice(VOIP) would be desirable
