About the role
Our Workplace Relations team offers our members professional advice, training and assistance on a full suite of employment matters, working across all industries and sectors. Our Advice Line Advisors provide trusted telephone advice to members on enquiries relating to industrial relations legislation, awards, general human resources issues and general workplace occupational health safety issues. This is a great flexible part time opportunity working between 3-5 days per week and able to be worked around school hours. Offering a breadth of training, development and career growth opportunities this role would suit a passionate human resources or workplace relations professional with a solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and agreements.
We are looking for someone with a passion for Industrial Relations and Human Resources to join our team of Advisors to identify and assess member issues, provide relevant and accurate advice, and advise members on the full range of consulting services and products that are available to meet their needs.
