The Senior Business Domain Specialist will work with Business and Software Engineering stakeholders to define roadmaps including intersecting capabilities and the approach to meet the business needs. You will liaise with business and technology stakeholders to provide guidance and insight on the most appropriate business focused solutions in-line with Consumer & Small Business key performance metrics. The role will have a focus on front end technologies comprising of CRM, Order Management, Knowledge and Provisioning processes that underpin the day to day activity of our channels.

To be successful for this role you will have demonstrated experience with front end technologies / tools specifically Salesforce (AEM, Siebel, Genesys are also preferred) alongside experience in developing and executing upon strategy and roadmap activities. Strong partnering, communication & collaborative skills will be required, as well as the ability to deliver results working to set timeframes. Previous experience managing technology delivery in waterfall and agile methodologies is preferred alongside experience with customer facing technologies/languages (HTML5, Angular/Node/React JS).
