The Team

Here at the Customer Communication team, we are customer driven and are dedicated to being customer advocates, while having a sound understanding of changes that affect them. We look after multiple marketing campaigns in relation to product exits, migration notifications,  and advocacy initiatives across business and consumer retail segments. If you are hardworking, collaborative, innovative and like to have a bit of fun this is the perfect team for you. 

 About the Role

Reporting into the Mandatory Lead you will be a passionate marketer executing our 1:1 campaign plans for our product lifecycles. This may be in the form of eDM, mail, bill message and SMS. You will work closely with Senior Marketing Specialists to manage the end-to-end execution of product exits, migrations, advocacy and digital adoption initiatives. This role will see you engaging with several key internal stakeholders and external agency partners while delivering a positive NPS through innovative and effective campaign activity.

Your ability to manage your time, deliver on time, work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while keeping the customer at the forefront of all your decisions will see you succeed in this role! Your contribution in this role will support the business to drive advocacy, simplify products, increase value from the core business and capitalise on new growth opportunities.

A bit about you

Some things we'll look for in you:

  • Marketing/Communications degree
  • Experience in multi-channel communication delivery
  • Previous experience in developing creative/copy
  • Experience working with data and CRM technology
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Effective stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
  • Skills in financial management and experience in reporting and analysis.
