As the Marketing Sales Strategy Specialist, you'll..

  • Serve as the connection between sales and marketing to define, build and deliver a customised territory plan to positively influence customer experience, sales and revenue outcomes in VIC.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders, Technology sales, Channel sales and the cross-functional marketing team
  • Lead the execution of regional field events, programs and campaigns to drive business value and ensure market share growth
  • Create and accelerate sales opportunities through the  through the execution of marketing programs
    Shaping ideas and creative to drive disruptive, targeted and compelling projects and campaigns                                                                                                                                                                  

To be successful in the role, you'll..

  • Develop deep understanding of business, sales objectives, target accounts, solution and service priorities
  • Align with sales leadership to measure accounts engaged as a proportion of total addressable market and apply dynamic programs to increase marketing engagement across the region
  • Earn trust and maintain strength of relationship with local sales teams through regular communication of marketing initiatives, ongoing campaigns, website tools, customer success stories, upcoming events, sales enablement programs etc. to the state sales leaders and teams
  • Coordinate targeted sales sprints identifying optimal pockets of growth driving in-year sales pipeline / revenue

Ownership and execution of Territory marketing plans to improve pipeline, sales and revenue outcomes
