Talent Acquisition Consultant - Contingent Workforce

The Contingent Workforce Practice at KPMG is seeing unprecedented growth, and we need a smart, resilient and responsive consultant to help us grow in 2020.  

If you decide to commit to this role, you will be joining a busy and innovative Talent Acquisition team. We are embarking upon a complete transformation of our current Contingent Workforce process. You will play a significant role in shaping the future of Contingent Talent at KPMG.

Initially, you’ll be trained in the current process, where you’ll be run off your feet;

  • Onboarding top talent
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Managing agency relationships
  • Maintaining a high volume of “business as usual” requirements

This role will see you expertly managing a high volume of onboarding requests, so your focus on detail and your ability to move quickly will be key to your success. Your strong Admin skills will be fully utilised!

However, as we move into 2020, you will become a trusted Business Partner, providing support, recruitment, and strategic sourcing advice to a number of business lines.
