As a Project Manager within our Residential Business Unit you will assist with the provision of specialist project management expertise in the delivery of residential land development projects across WA, specifically in the North corridor. You will actively contribute to the development outcome, promote best practice design, project and program management across civil infrastructure, utility services, landscape and urban design disciplines. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has gained substantial experience working for a developer or a consulting firm. With a civil engineering degree (or related discipline) you will have a strong ability to understand and interpret design plans, display competence across urban design, planning, landscape architecture and infrastructure plans. You will have exceptional time-management skills, be adaptable to our changing business needs and be driven to achieving outcomes. An understanding of land development is desirable but not essential. This role will be based in our Perth Head Office but there will be regular travel to sites.
