Media Sales Executive - Brand Alliance (part time)


•    Part-time fixed term contract in our Brand Alliance team (2.5 days per week)

We’re looking for a tenacious Brand Alliance Executive to join our team at Stockland to manage and grow media sales across a portfolio of retail centres. You will work with our centres, advertising partners and media agencies to deliver integrated brand campaigns that ensures the business achieves and exceeds revenue targets.

You will: 
•    Achieve and exceed income targets across a portfolio of Retail Centres
•    Ensure key metrics are delivered across these centres and the broader organisation 
•    Maximise opportunities for advertising partners to deliver integrated brand campaigns within our centres
•    Assist with evolving the business to meet/exceed industry standards
•    Build relationships, develop and convert prospects
•    Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members; assisting team members when needed; sharing ideas, knowledge and experience; and seeking to learn from team members

About You:
•    You have a passion for sales and can demonstrate your drive to succeed
•    Proven ability in prospecting, negotiating and creating unique and innovative proposals
•    Experience in direct media sales or out of home media would be highly regarded
•    Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline

Your relationship management and communication skills will be second to none.  You thrive on building relationships, have keen commercial acumen and you won't bat an eyelid delivering to deadlines and juggling multiple projects!
