St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney provides the payroll and human resources services for St Vincent’s Clinic and as such your legal employment entity is St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney.
This newly created role will build the Fundraising and Community Engagement for Sisters of Charity Outreach to take it to the next level.
The Fundraising and Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of a multi-channel, comprehensive annual fundraising program which achieves set objectives on time and within budget.
This role is both strategic and operational and will lead the strategic development and growth of fundraising and community engagement/awareness for the organisation.
Revenue Generation:Holds accountability for the setting and achieving income targets across all areas of Outreach’s fundraising revenue streams.
Strategic Direction and Leadership:Develops and implements strategic plans for revenue growth for all fundraising activities and events to support the approved organisational Strategic plan and operational priorities.
Relationship Development:Builds networks and develops new partnership opportunities with corporates, industry, private donors and government agencies.
Operational Management:Oversees the effective development, planning, implementation, tracking and reporting of all fundraising activities, events and engagement programs (implementing operational plans to achieve targets).
Marketing and Community Engagement:Oversees increased awareness of Outreach through the brand and marketing functions for the organisation which incorporates (but is not limited to) web, social media and traditional promotional, marketing and advertising activities.
