Supply Chain Manager - Benalla

Based at our plant in Benalla, we have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Plant Director this is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for managing the Procurement, Planning, warehouse and logistics functions.

Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we do believe that the successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in Supply Chain or Logistics. Instrumental to your success in this role will be:

  • Your proven experience leading  and motivating successful teams
  • Your ability to drive change and implement improvement initiatives
  • Your demonstrated success in delivering results within a Global manufacturing environment.

In this regard, you will be skilled in working collaboratively and communicating effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders to drive forecast accuracy and deliver key projects successfully. You will also be tasked with monitoring & driving KPI’s including – Inventory Value (NIN), Days of Inventory (DIN), On Time Delivery (OTD), Unhealthy stock and Internal Supplier Service Rate (ISSR)

Equally critical is your energy, highly developed communication skills, strength in time management, knowledge of SAP and ability to work effectively within a great team environment.
