Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Manager IT Operations, we have a great opportunity for an agile and customer focused IT Support Administrator to join our high performing Energy & Sustainability Services team.
In this diverse and challenging role, you will provide Level 1 and 2 IT support to end users in Melbourne and our interstate and international offices and be the first point of call for IT support matters.
You will have some shared responsibilities with the Manager IT Operations in managing and maintaining the health and performance of our IT infrastructure.
Whilst not wanting to narrow the field, we do believe that the following will be key to your success:
You will be required to provide out of hours support as required.
Whilst not essential, A+ Technician certification and/or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator accreditation will be highly regarded.
You have excellent communication skills and a strong team focus; you thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
You are highly organised and manage competing priorities well; an effective problem solver, you enjoy the challenge of identifying solutions.
