Corporate Communications Specialist

What is the role?
In this exciting new “hybrid” role, the Corporate Communications Specialist will connect the public, media, and employees to the Schneider Electric story. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, the role plays a key part in the planning and execution external communications activities to drive brand share of voice, and employee engagement through quality internal storytelling in line with the business strategy.


Focused on execution, the role has a unique window into the strategy that underpins it. 
Key activities include working with the business to identify newsworthy and brand-aligned stories, coordinating with the Public Relations agency to write media releases and develop pitch strategies. 


You will also be involved in filming videos for employees on business updates, write content for the employee newsletter and enterprise social network… no two days are the same. While based in Australia, you’ll be part of a global communications community.
