Client Support Analyst

Based in Melbourne, and reporting to the Client Energy Manager, we have a great opportunity for a versatile and administratively strong Client Support Analyst to join our high performing Energy and Sustainability Services Division. 
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Client Management team to ensure the efficient running of daily operations of our energy portfolio across the Pacific Zone. 
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Generating, analysing and actioning a range of reports 
  • Investigating and actioning invoicing anomalies
  • Updating customer information and other data input
  • Completing a range of administrative tasks
  • Working collaboratively across our teams and with our clients

Whilst not wanting to narrow the field, we do believe that the following will be key to your success:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably within the energy sector
  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • The ability to investigate invoice discrepancies and action accordingly
  • Highly proficient with the MS Office suite of programs
  • A commercial focus with the desire to develop your commercial skills
  • Previous experience in generating and analysing a range of reports
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and improving internal business processes
  • An understanding of the Australian Energy Industry 
  • A Certificate IV in a business-related discipline

Being highly organised, you have excellent time management skills and prioritising your workload is a strength. You are calm under pressure and flexible and adaptable to change.
You have excellent communication skills and a strong team focus; you build relationships easily and enjoy dealing with diverse stakeholders.
