You have an understanding of the challenges facing our customers in Australia with experience in at least one of the core segments (MMM, O&G, Renewables, Infrastructure and Transport or Water) Your business development experience includes product and solution sales with engineers and asset managers, right through to strategic value chain propositions with senior decision makers.

The successful profile will include:

  • A fearless approach to business development and a passion for uncovering large scale solution sales opportunities
  • An understanding of the energy and/or industrial automation related applications
  • Highly developed customer engagement and relationship building skills
  • An enviable track record of consistently meeting sales targets and objectives
  • A Collaborative and solution driven approach and capability to sell our broad portfolio
  • Strong commercial sensibility, and be influential and prescriptive with end users
  • Ability to drive performance excellence within a highly competitive market
  • Experience in developing business in energy, automation or an electro-technology related environment.

At Schneider Electric your career will be meaningful, inclusive and you will be empowered. We expect that our employees put customers first, embrace different and act like owners. Our leaders are tasked with shaping our future, building the best teams and to use their judgement to deliver results. We’re a great place to work but we are continually striving to be the best place to work, join us and see how!
