Sales Account Coordinator


About the opportunity

Deloitte is seeking a client centric Account Coordinator to join our Federal Government team in Canberra, to make an impact that matters in a diverse and high performing strategic account spanning the health, human services, justice, education and civil sectors.

About the work


Reporting to the Federal Government Account Manager and working closely with Lead Client Service Partner and the wider Federal Government team, you will responsible for the day-to-day coordination internal account activities, including:

  • Develop consistent, high quality account reports and information
  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns, relationship programs and events
  • Manage the panel inbox, registering new opportunities and communication with Lead Client Service Partners
  • Manage the account team intranet site
  • Develop internal communications
  • Update CRM systems with account information
  • Support client feedback by coordinating client interviews, win / loss debriefs, end of project debriefs and sharing information and insights
  • Collaboration with account management community to build and leverage best practice
  • Provide support for special project work as required
About you


You will have exceptional attention-to-detail, be highly organised and able to perform and track multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. You will have a passion for service delivery, operational excellence and be proactive, tenacious and persistent.

You will also have:

  • Advanced organisation and time-management skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A track record of being a supporting member of a high-performing team
  • Account coordination experience in the professional services, legal and media industries will be highly valued
