Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, this role will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating talent development frameworks, policies processes and tools. It will provide support and service in areas of Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development and building organisation wide capabilities.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support the Talent Development Strategy
  • Design, deliver and evaluate talent development frameworks and initiatives.
  • Annual performance management process roll out
  • Annual Bank Learning Needs Analysis ┬ároll out

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant degree or have proven experience in a similar role. You pride yourself on your strong stakeholder engagement skills, strategic outlook and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
