  • Achieve targets for cost savings on cases referred for external rehabilitation
  • Assist in implementing strategic projects to improve business performance and process
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the claims team in regards to rehabilitation issues affecting claims management

About The Role
Role Location: 347 Kent Street, Sydney NSW
Role Type: 12 month fixed-term opportunity
 
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the claims operational team by providing and monitoring rehabilitation services, support, advice and training to improve the claims experience for ANZ and our customers, in line with ANZ's claims guidelines and philosophy.
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or related allied-health field.
  • Proven occupational rehabilitation experience; candidates who are Qualified Allied Health Professionals are highly regarded
  • Highly developed interpersonal and decision making skills with the ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders and customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
