We are now taking applications for candidates interested in joining our Sydney operations as a Resource Manager. This opportunity will see you help deliver the effective allocation of our internal staff onto projects, mapping current and future needs of the business, and ultimately increasing the productivity of our operations.
PwC's Resource Management team work across the firm to enable our business to be agile and commercial in the Australian market. Resource Management (RM) provides the right people on the right clients, at the right time, across all of our services. This is an exciting time for Resource Management as we build on the professionalism of our people, work closely with the business to develop and implement the PwC vision, values and strategy, and continue to strengthen our business.

You have a solid background in resource management, project management or internal operational roles and possess good business acumen. This is an opportunity for an individual with senior stakeholder management skills who is highly organised, enjoys driving change, challenging thinking and working with a diverse team to achieve outstanding results and continual improvement. You will be commercial in your approach and enjoy the challenge of supporting the transformation of a business.
