The Opportunity

Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) within our People, Partnership & Culture (PP&C) function are Talent Advisor role models, we live our purpose and values, we love and leverage our differences when it comes to attraction strategies. We take risks, we are an innovative and digital people team.
About you
The brief is simple...

  • You may be currently in internal recruitment or be looking to move from a recruitment agency to take on a more strategic, business aligned position.
  • You will have at least 2 to 4 years of  experience in talent sourcing, candidate management or end-to-end recruiting experience across high volume of roles.
  • You will like to be based in Sydney.
  • You will have demonstrable ability in leading through change and will have significant experience within a complex organisational structure.
  • You are commercial and analytical focus on understanding businesses and value drivers
  • A team focused style with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Proven business development and client relationship management experience
