In this newly created role you will provide project administration support to our team of Project Managers and Project Controllers at Deloitte.
Support responsibilities include both financial and project administration tasks around project management processes.
Key tasks include:
• Maintaining engagement codes
• Processing client invoicing
• Maintaining and updating budgets
• Tracking and reporting time and expenses
• Refreshing pre-designed re-occurring reports
A detail oriented individual who enjoys a fast paced, deadline driven role and works effectively to meet task deadlines. Equipped with beginner to intermediate level MS office skills especially Excel along with a high level of numerical accuracy. Previous experience within an administration or support role would be advantageous; as would Certificate or Diploma studies related to Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
