As the result of some changes in the team, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Team as a Junior Brand Manager. In this role, you will help develop, communicate, and deliver the annual strategy for our Extruded products; Cheetos, Burger Rings and Twisties, as well as Tostitos. You will also assist in managing and implementing plans on specified product platforms across the full marketing mix including communications and innovation, to deliver profitable growth.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager, giving the successful candidate a high level of autonomy in driving the portfolio and great internal visibility. It’s a busy and exciting role and offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to contribute to and shape the future of market leading brands.

In this role you will:

  • Drive Brand Growth through market data insights
  • Develop and execute product and packaging innovation
  • Assist with a clear social media/digital strategy for the activation of key campaigns within the portfolio
  • Effectively manage budgets and deliver performance reports
  • Manage key relationships with packaging/research/media/creative agencies

You will have:

  • Several years’ Brand Management experience within the Australian market in FMCG
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media and experience in social media campaigns
  • Proficiency in data analysis to gain insights for business decisions
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Experience with new product development and the Stage Gate process or similar
  • Demonstrated strong planning & organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience in developing strong cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to be highly organised yet adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Good time management (managing own workload, multi-tasking skills, prioritising)
  • Creativity to identify alternative approaches and solutions
