To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity with a new role of e-Commerce National Account Manager – Grocery. This role is critical to innovating, developing, and driving future e-Commerce business. The key to this role is being able to take a strategic and collaborative, consultative approach in order to bring take the organisation and customers on the e-Commerce journey. We are looking for someone with e-Commerce experience and an understanding of Digital Marketing who can inspire others and is results driven with a can-do attitude!

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create strategic partnerships and own online/digital customer relationships
  • Lead the evaluation of new e-Commerce opportunities in retail partners
  • Look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth
  • Working with internal resources to optimise PepsiCo products on retailer’s platforms
  • Provide regular detailed insights of sales and media performance
  • Partner with the broader e-Commerce leadership team to determine the correct expansion plan
  • Drive growth within Australia relative to strong understanding of the constraints and needs of the customer
  • Lead the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to peer groups

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience of exceptional sales performance within e-Comm (grocery)
  • Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets
  • Analytical skills to create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive action
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • A high degree of drive and curiosity with analytical thinking to challenge the status quo
  • Highly adaptable in less-structured, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to quickly determine solutions to financial issues
