About the positions and requirements for success:
Administrative Officer
You will be the first point of contact for business unit enquiries and will manage competing demands and priorities. You will be able to manage high volume workloads, tight deadlines and conflicting priorities in a professional manner. Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail will also be key to your success.

Executive Assistant
Our Managing Director is busy, she operates at speed and you’ll need to keep up with, and at times get in front. Don’t worry, there is lots of support and we have fun along the way. You will have recent experience supporting an Executive Director/Managing Director. You will need to be a go-getter, looking for solutions, answers and ways to reach outcomes. It will be desirable if you have exposure to E-approvals, TRIM and advanced Office 365 products.

Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $85,488 base plus superannuation
