Marketing Analytics Consultant – Manager


Turn complexity into simplicity and show clients how to spend their marketing dollar. We’re looking for a manager level analyst to work with our Marketing Mix Modelling solution in Sydney.

You are a consultative, client facing individual with some experience managing complex projects and using your brain to solve problems. Ideally you have a bit of experience working with analytic consulting and specifically marketing mix modelling, or a similar field. You’ll be able to communicate complexity in a simple way and have relevant qualifications to back it up.

Importantly though you are a team player, a fast learner, and can stand on your own two feet when managing projects and advising clients on how and why analytics can help improve the way they spend their marketing budget.

This role may suit either someone who is adept at how to apply econometric modelling to solve real-world marketing problems, or an effective project manager with strong understanding of analytics and media.

The abilities you need are:

  • Minimum 4 years work experience
  • Ideally some experience working with or selling analytical techniques, such as regression modelling, attribution modelling or other forms of measuring Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) or a related / comparable field.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex outputs into actionable, understandable outcomes
  • Ability to partner with internal sales channels to help deliver revenue to target
  • An understanding of the Australian media landscape and current marketing / marketing automation trends
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
