We are seeking an Injury Management professional to join our Safety, Health & Environment team based at our Wahgunyah factory. Reporting to the SHE Manager, you will be responsible for:
You will have recognised qualifications in the area of Return to Work and come from a medical/allied health or HR background. You will also need to have highly developed organisation skills to manage the injury management cases. Your exceptional relationship building skills combined with your collaborative and empathetic approach are key to this role as you provide coaching and support to managers and employees. You are computer savvy and a confident user of the suite of MS Office programs. 3 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG or Food industries will be advantageous.
