RSP Communications Manager

The RSP Communications Manager is an integral role within the Customer Management and Business Development team and is essentially the voice of nbn to our Retail Service Providers. This role is responsible for developing, managing and executing a cross company and cross functional communications plan for nbn customers (retail service providers), ensuring we effectively communicate the right messages to our customer community.

Please note that this is a 24-month maximum term opportunity.

A bit about your role

Reporting into the Senior Manager, the RSP Communications role will be accountable for development, creative design, writing and execution of RSP customer communications including relevant bulletins, Marketing Cloud, emails, presentations, digital content, Customer Centre, events and collateral. The RSP Communications Manager works with various teams across the organisation to develop communications and supporting documentation for internal stakeholder use.The role supports the CMBD team in the development of copy for marketing programs and other associated tasks.

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of the marketing communications process as well as creative communication skills. You will ideally have previous experience with customer/end user communications as well as interpreting and developing internal information into tactical communication that is easy for our customers to understand. Experience with automating processes and driving self-service to support the business, will set your application apart.
