The Munich Re HR team are transitioning to a specialist resource model, with dedicated HR services including administration, data and insights, and dedicated talent development and recruitment functions.
This newly created role involves developing and supporting managers in core recruitment capabilities, and coordinating recruitment for all levels of roles from graduate recruitment to senior management. We look forward to moving to more internal referrals, social media based recruitment sources, establishing a pipeline of talent for more effective engagement and essentially enabling a more cost effective recruitment practice over time.
You will ideally be an in-house recruiter now, looking for a part time / flexible work arrangement. You will need excellent organisational and problem solving skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a strong communication and collaborative approach. Agency relationship and terms management, in-house recruitment, social media postings i.e linkedin, talent pipeline management and internal communication and promotion of opportunities will be key factors of success.
