The Opportunity

As our Partnership Specialist within ahm you will have responsibility for management of partner relationships and performance, including implementation of internal reporting, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations. You will be the central point of contact between ahm and the respective partners, which will include facilitating positive problem resolution outcomes, monitoring & management of websites enhancements, managing the on-boarding of new intermediary and strategic partners, and training co-ordination where required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and enhancing relationships with all existing and new intermediary partners;
  • Monitor, enhance and report on ahm’s performance on aggregators and other partnerships;
  • Raise the profile, and sales of ahm products;
  • Successful implementation of initiatives, new processes and strategies, through well-defined and executed change management processes;
  • Provide expertise on current trends and developments within the Aggregator and broader partnership market as well as monitoring competitor activity and providing regular feedback to the relevant enabling stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally present with prior experience in sales and account management in a B2B environment, however this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up and take on a new challenge. In order to succeed you must possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, which will go hand in hand with your problem solving and decision making ability. We’d love to find out more about any prior experience with project management, as your high attention to detail and ability to deliver on time will be essential for this position.
