The Opportunity

Be part of our Customer Service Team to help us to deliver outstanding customer service to our existing customers. Working within a collaborative team environment, your role is to provide support, advice, answers and value to our customers in relation to their health insurance. Based in our award winning office, you will be working on either a full time or part-time (25 hours +) on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday between the hours of 0800-2000 with an occasional requirement to work Saturdays and on regional public holidays such as Melbourne Cup Day.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct health cover reviews to ensure customers are on the best cover for their needs, and in doing so meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing best-in-class service that exceeds customer satisfaction as measured through our customer satisfaction surveys
  • Ensuring our customers feel valued and supported through their health journey

About You

You will be passionate about making a difference to our customers’ health and lives’ and be obsessed with providing the best level of service possible. You will have a positive, compassionate and friendly phone manner, strong computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems. You will have a performance driven mindset and strive to exceed targets as well as the ability to adapt to dynamic environment. You must also be willing to embark on a 100% self-paced online learning induction training, where you join a team from your very first day.
