Platform Operations Team Leader
Are you an operations leader seeking a new opportunity?
As a Team Leader, you will play an integral role in providing day-to-day management of our Wrap Platform Operations. You will provide staff and workflow management for our back office processing which includes applications and transactions for our Wealth Management suite of accounts.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for actively managing workflow queues and monitoring the progress of application and transaction cases to ensure service standards are met. In addition to leading the teams and fostering a culture of operational excellence, you will also be accountable for ensuring all processes and procedures are undertaken in accordance with Macquarie’s ASX and ASIC policies.
You are a people leader; someone who can comfortably provide direction, support, advice and development to a team of hard working individuals to create an environment that works effectively. You possess team management skills, professional communication, strong attention to detail and the passion to lead and develop a team. Experience in Superannuation, Investment, or WRAP Platform is desired but not essential.
