Market Development Manager, Virtual Adviser Network - Wealth Management


A fantastic opportunity to act as the subject matter expert, providing market insights across client marketing, client experience, branding and communications. 

Working within a collaborative, high performing, and client focused team, you will provide on-going insights and advice for Macquarie's Wealth and Professional Service clients. Working closely with the relevant Client Development Manager, you will also play a pivotal role in collating, curating and packaging insights and IP, created through the 1:1 and community activities, to ensure the leveraging of valuable market insights across the Virtual Adviser community and broader Wealth Management and Banking & Financial Services markets.

This exciting opportunity will see you planning, creating and facilitating workshops to engage member firms broadly and develop solutions, create brand positionings, provide direction for member go-to-market strategies, facilitate broad ranging strategy days, build relationships with marketing/communications providers in the industry, and liaise with these providers to introduce members and oversee outcomes for large projects for key clients.

With a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing or Communications related field, you will have previously demonstrated an ability to build relationships and consult to external senior clients in the professional services industry (c-suite would be high advantageous). You will also have experience with facilitating presentations and workshops and driving strategic marketing material to the external market. What will set you apart in this role will be your ability to synthesise information to create powerful, meaningful and relevant insights to assist clients' aspirational growth plans.
