Join our Reward Centre of Excellence and join a team that is responsible for coordinating the annual remuneration review and promotions process for Macquarie worldwide. As a Manager within this team you will be responsible for managing the profit share pool allocation and annual remuneration review approvals.

Your key responsibilities will include the management of the profit share pool allocations process, preparation of scenario analysis to understand the impact of remuneration policy changes, calculations and preparation of Board papers on remuneration, and preparation of materials for the remuneration related aspects of the Annual General Meeting.

This will involve you collating and analysing data to assist in the preparation of Notice of Meeting, drafting both external and internal communications, preparation of shareholder presentations and drafting responses to shareholder and Governance group queries. You will also have the opportunity to participate in regional and global reward initiatives as part of the wider Reward Centre of Excellence team.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have high-level numeracy skills and a strong interest in and aptitude for working with numerical data. Your ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail, coupled with the ability to influence the decision-making process will prove critical to success. This role will suit an individual with prior experience in remuneration, or with a related accounting background.

Experience of core Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required, and knowledge and understanding of current developments in remuneration and benefits frameworks and practice is advantageous.
