In this varied and challenging role, no two days will be the same. You will bring your strong Control Room experience to lead a small team and manage the firm’s information barriers, wall crossings, conflicts of interest, employee personal trading, and substantial shareholdings as well as the Research compliance advisory function. Other responsibilities include preparing and delivering training on key policies and procedures. The role provides regular interaction with key senior stakeholders within the Compliance function, business aligned Legal teams as well as business units across the organisation that Control Room supports.
We ask that you have a Control Room background and possess a strong understanding of the key rules and regulations around conflict of interest, investment banking advisory, capital raising and research.
