As a highly numerate and commercially minded individual, you’ll be tasked with facilitating and drawing insights from HR and business analytics and commenting on themes.

With an acute sense of the importance of confidentiality, sensitivity and diplomacy, you will hold tertiary qualifications in either Employment Law, Employee Relations or Human Resources as well as a stable and progressive career to date working in an advisory capacity to clients and stakeholders. A practical knowledge of employment laws will be essential and while financial services experience is highly desirable, we also welcome applications from those holding experience from within legal, consulting and professional services environments. Most importantly, you are tenacious, highly collaborative, confident in your ability to nurture and develop relationships and a natural problem solver.
