In this role you will work closely with the stakeholders, product owner and scrum team to ensure features and stories are refined and ready, with acceptance criteria complete. There will be a real focus on quality, defining and help clarifying test cases to drive informative quality metrics. You will be the one to provide guidance to the scrum team on user behaviour to help drive development. Using your exceptional analytical skills, you will need to learn client’s behaviour on the platform to constantly improve their experience and report on usage patterns.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic around agile culture and someone who will stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies which will enable our business to achieve its strategic goals. You’ll ideally have experience with financial products, and have the ability to translate high level requirements into user stories and sub-tasks. You will be confident in clearly articulating personal capacity in planning, while calling out blockers and delivering to expectations. Experience in creating, validating and executing test cases is a must!
Extra points if you have practical knowledge of DevOps frameworks and knowledge of integration API frameworks between platforms. Experience in using collaborative tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Office 365 is also a plus.
