Administration Associate


Join Australia’s largest Investment Bank in this Administration Associate role 

The Administration Associate is a key member of Macquarie Capital’s Administration Management team in Sydney.  This is a busy, central function where you will act as the main point of contact for the business on a broad range of operational requirements.  Requiring a flexible, a can-do attitude and the ability to manage your workflow autonomously, this is an integral role that will see you grow and develop your skills, interacting across all levels of the corporate hierarchy.

You will have excellent communication skills as you provide diary support to the Senior Manager, as well as sound administrative abilities which will see you coordinate staff communication within Macquarie Capital on a range of day-to-day matters, as well as liaise with external service providers.

You will have strong organisational skills, acting as the central point of contact for facilities and technology maintenance and keeping database records current.  You will be able to prioritise and multi-task, whether you are maintaining internal meeting rooms and utility areas, processing vendor payments or assisting staff with queries.  You will be ready for the challenge.
