Stakeholder Engagement Senior Advisor/ Consultant


Lendlease Building is currently searching for a Stakeholder Engagement Senior Advisor/Consultant to join one of our key business units, Applied Insight, based in our Barangaroo Head Office. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity, open to candidates looking for either part time or full time working arrangements, with the ability to work flexibly.

As Stakeholder Engagement Senior Advisor/Consultant, reporting to and working with the Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will provide strategic advice and engagement expertise to the business. This is to ensure solutions and positive outcomes are achieved for stakeholders and the community on Lendlease projects. This will involve working closely with Development and Project Managers to identify potential stakeholder and community related issues, risks, and opportunities, and developing strategies to manage these. Your experience and familiarity with all phases of a project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery and handover, will ensure engagement and communications are effective and drive the required outputs.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, coupled with industry experience, preferably within a relevant sector. You will have proven experience in developing and delivering stakeholder engagement and community relations/ consultation models and programs, planning and coordinating engagement activities, and ability to facilitate internal and external stakeholder workshops and meetings.
